Happy Cold Snow is a tour for you that like to try dogsledding in an easier way. On this tour we make daytrips from our village Umnäs and you spend all the nights in a cosy and warm Swedish house that you warm up with wood.

“Crystal days in Umnäs” is similar to “Happy Cold Snow” accept that its one day more dogmushing. December is a beautiful month with a lot of Northern Light and the special light a cold December day is something you have to experience, we don’t have words for that.

January is the coldest but the most beautiful month. The silence and the light over the mountains is something that you can’t explain with words, you have to experience it by yourself.
"Arctic Colours and Light" - 8 days, from 11 Jan to 18 Jan
Your experiences will not be short of spiritual moments on this exceptional natural wonder tour. The tracks and the mountains are untouched and we will have the mountains for ourselves.

This tour is similar to Crystal lodge to lodge and Arctic colours and light. Mountains and vastness with the sun light going down around 4 pm, crystal white snow reflecting the moon, stars, and northern light (and your head torch).

This tour is similar to Crystal lodge to lodge and Arctic colours and light accept that the days start to bee a little bit longer with more daylight and the sun start to wake up.
“Sunshine Awakening I” - 8 days, from 7 Feb to 14 Feb
February is the time when the sun is starting to stay up longer, from 7.00 to 17.00 and the snow is firm and settled. We still have the mountains for our selves and the nature are showing one of its best faces

“Sound Of Silence I” - 8 days, from 28 Mar to 4 Apr
The tracks are getting harder and we will go faster with the dogs.The sun warms us up during the day and you still have the chance to see the Northern Light.
“Sound Of Silence II” - 10 days, from 7 Apr to 16 Apr
Sound of Silence II arose because this time of the year is the time when the wilderness awakes from the early winter. You will witness the birds coming back from the south and tracks from wolverine, lynx and perhaps from an early awoken bear.
“Spring Adventure” - 14 days, 18 Apr to 1 May
Springtime in Lapland is something special. We have daylight almost 24 hours and we leave the head torch home. The spring birds are coming to the mountains; the reindeer are also starting to get in to the mountains after a winter at the coast.
