• A 20% deposit (by transfer or cheque) is required two week after your booking has been confirmed by us via e-mail or phone.
• An additional 30% (by transfer or cheque) deposit is required ten weeks before the tour date.
• The remaining 50% (Cash, Cheques, or Credit Card: Visa, American Express or Mastercard) should be paid in full after your arrival at 'The Silent Way'

There are sometimes good reasons for cancellation of reservations. We have provided a list of what we consider "good" reasons or "acceptable" reasons for cancellation.

• If you cancel within two weeks prior to our engagement, you will receive 25% of your 50% deposit.
• If you cancel within two weeks of our engagement, we will retain the entire 50% deposit.
• You will receive full reimbursement of all deposits if we must cancel for any reason.
• If illness is a factor, the necessary certificates will be requested from a qualified physician.
